Return Policy

Light Source Solutions, LLC accepts returns for items within 30 days from the date of purchase, provided a Return Authorization Number (RAN) is obtained within 7 days of receipt of merchandise. No returns will be accepted beyond 30 days. It is the customer’s responsibility to verify that the products are correct and function properly within this 30-day time frame. Refunds for returned items will be issued to the original method of payment, when possible. A restocking fee of 20% will be deducted from the credit for each item returned. Restocking fees must be applied and all returns must be in their original packaging. This fee will be waived, however, if the customer decides to exchange the item for another product or accept a store credit. All shipping costs incurred for returning items to Light Source Solutions, LLC are the responsibility of the customer. All returns must be authorized and must have an RAN clearly marked on the box before being shipped back to Light Source Solutions, LLC.

Customer shall email the detailed information of defective products to; to obtain a Return Authorization Number. The information should include returned quantity, model number, problem description and your contact information. Return authorization will be e-mailed to you with instructions.


Products for Return Service

When returning a product back to Light Source Solutions, LLC, the product should be boxed and packed in the original packaging to prevent damage in transit. If original packaging is not available, a comparable corrugated box/carton and foam packing should be used to prevent damage to the product during shipping.

Light Source Solutions, LLC recommends the use of the original box/carton and foam packing. If the original box/carton is not available, pack in a double walled corrugated box/ carton, which can withstand the weight of the product. For best results contact your carrier for their packing and shipping guidelines.


Shipping Damage

Any claims for loss or damage must be made directly to the carrier by the shipper. Light Source Solutions, LLC will notify the customer within 2-4 business days of any damage or non-Light Source Solutions LLC product received.


Freight Charges

Light Source Solutions, LLC and customer will each pay for one-way shipping for repair and replacement for products within warranty period. Customer will pay round trip shipping charges for out-of-warranty repair.


Turn-Around Time

Light Source Solutions, LLC, RMA department will normally retain item 5-10 business days in our facility to process RMA

In order to ensure a fast turn-around time, the products that are shipped back to customers will be identical replacements or replacements of the most similar model as returned RMA products, at Light Source Solutions, LLC’s sole option.


Return for Credit

Customer may request return for credit ONLY within 3 days or the receipt of the said product from Light Source Solutions, LLC or its authorized distributor. All credit returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, and customer must pay all return shipping fees. A Return number must be issued prior to return of the product.


Out of Warranty

When the product is out of warranty, customer is responsible for all parts, labor and shipping charges. For rates and estimates please contact our service department.


Light Source Solutions, LLC retains the right to assess all warranty claims and to determine if damages are covered under warranty. In case of a claim that is not covered by warranty, customer will be contacted to determine whether Light Source Solutions, LLC should repair the damage for a fee or whether the product should be returned to customer as received by Light Source Solutions, LLC.
